We employ world class Instructors to deliver experiences to guests in the world’s most capable vehicles. Providing guests with the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover or Jaguar for an exciting experience. All our Instructors are knowledgeable experts of these vehicles, have a passion for the brand and for customer service.

We employ Tour Hosts, who deliver manufacturing tours and take guests through every stage of the assembly process including the sheet metal press, robotic body construction, body in white and paint shop before delivery of the final product.  All our Tour Hosts are knowledgeable experts, some have retired from working at JLR and others have a genuine passion for JLR and the vehicles.  Passing on knowledge to customers in product build, the history of the site and Lean Manufacturing, as well as ensuring customer first behaviours and being safe professional and legal, which are some of the behaviours and skills we look for in our Tour Hosts.

We employ support staff, including Event Management staff, Fleet Administrators and Receptionists to name a few, who co-ordinate all of the events and experience days to ensure the guests have a fantastic day, from the minute they book their experience through to arriving at the venue and being greeted by professionals in their field to being introduced to their vehicle.  Hosting guests is a very important part of the experience, ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

THE RANGE ROVER STUDIO RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Relationship Manager within Jaguar Land Rover Experience based at The Range Rover Studio Solihull.

The person will be employed on a full-time contract by CSRM Outsourcing Limited which is a resource management company.

The ‘Range Rover Studio’ is part of the Global Jaguar Land Rover Experience (JLRE) Venues program which includes operations at Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool, and Castle Bromwich. JLRE Venues promote exceptional experiences for our guests within the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

Located at the Solihull manufacturing plant, the Range Rover Studio is Jaguar Land Rover’s only dedicated facility, designed to deliver first-class brand representation at point of vehicle configuration and handover. The intimate and premium environment is one of calm, with a team who pride themselves on delivering a professional, relaxed, and attentive service to all guests.

As an essential member of the team, you will have outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of written and spoken English. The role is highly visible, you will be responsible for playing your part in exceeding guest expectations - you will often be the initial welcome and final touchpoint for guests. Therefore, a personable and warm approach alongside discretion and intuitive social demeanour are essential.

The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.

You deliver a vital and proactive role in the Vehicle Handover and Vehicle Configuration process, as follows:

Guest Services & Hosting:

  • Coordinate guest appointments with clear and efficient communications.
  • Schedule guest travel and chauffeur arrangements.
  • Manage guest and event details in accordance with established processes.
  • Liaise with colleagues to arrange VIP manufacturing tours.
  • Communicate all guest requirements with key-stakeholders to ensure seamless hosting.
  • Support the upkeep of facility standards in the building.
  • Establish relationships with key suppliers to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Order and track all customer beverages/refreshments.
  • Maintain benchmark for standards of behaviour and dress.

Vehicle Specialist:

  • Immerse in product and brand courses aligned with role expectations.
  • Proactively seek to make relevant connections with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks, inc. Global Vehicle Fleet Team and onsite manufacturing personnel.
  • Prepare guest vehicles in accordance with established processes.

This is a full-time role with the requirement for weekend and unsociable hours working, as and when required.

Skills, experience, and qualifications required

  • Appearance and demeanour should always be beyond any criticism or reproach.
  • Ideally experienced in a service-oriented luxury environment.
  • Outstanding communications skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to talk to people at any level with credible confidence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple requests in a timely manner.
  • Appreciation of the Jaguar & Land Rover business and knowledge of its core products, although all product & brand training will be supplied.
  • Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as a local fact holder.
  • Passion for the Jaguar Land Rover brands, enthusiasm, drive, and commitment for the role, and the confidence to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • Personal goal to strive for perfection.
  • Good organisation and planning skills.
  • Be numerate with an excellent grasp of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Confident and polite with an awareness of social etiquette.

Salary: Pay Band 3

 FULL-TIME FLEET ADMINISTRATOR

An opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator working within the Jaguar Land Rover Experience based at Fen End, Warwickshire. The working hours will be 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a requirement for some weekend working when necessary.

The person will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Ltd, a resource management company with a long-term agreement to provide staff at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience Centres.

Jaguar Land Rover Experience Fleet support all the Experience Venues with the very latest products to showcase to pending Clients and enthusiasts. The Fleet department is overall key to the general logistics throughout the business both UK and overseas activities.

Reporting to the JLR Fleet Manager, ensuring the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time.

The ideal person for this role would be process driven, with experience of working with fleet management systems and desirable with experience of VISTA2/Salesforce, having a knowledge of vehicle Tachographs, along with excellent PC skills, excellent communication/written skills, and the ability to work alongside various levels of management.

If you have great organisational skills with attention to detail, are self-motivating and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision and able to support a large number of activities simultaneously and hold a full clean UK Driving Licence for more that 2 years this could be the role for you.
